Infertility Treatments Work

Has anyone tried Maca Root to try to conceive?

DH and I have been TTC for 3 years with unexplained infertility. We passed all tests and dr are continuous, but beginning to explore the most natural way. I heard Maca can help regulate things, but won, t over-regulate, if things do not need regular. Outa Wack if something is not sure with me or not .. dr all hormone tests are good, but I wonder if they really test everything! Any feedback and successes would be great, too:) Thanks
